"Rooms need updating "

"Fair sized room right on the doorstep for City centre, museums, wharfs. Washing machine in Queen suite, and a bigger machine available if required. Spotless. Parking available if booked everyone very friendly. Wifi worked for us no problems. Upgrading air con so will be even more comfortable. "

"Room had no windows, it should have been in the description when booking the room. When it says it has blackout curtains you would also assume it had a window. Super disappointed"

"Windows were filthy very old place that needs a revamp in the rooms the dinner was good in the restaurant "

"Good central position, nice and quiet rooms, comfortable bed just let down slightly by the staff. We hung both towels up for reuse but they took them anyway and only left one, asked early evening for a second towel but it didn’t turn up until the next morning. Breakfast was nice they don’t clear used plates etc away until your table is covered, not what I’d expect from a 5star hotel. "

"Loved all the art and ambiance. Didn’t know there was a beautiful restaurant upstairs but found out in the morning so went there. Breakfast was excellent and loved the decor and view of the ocean. I think the concierge could have been more helpful in educating ourselves with the hotel and surrounding restaurants and activities. "

"Good downtown location. Used the pool and hot tub both of which were nice. Our Ferry out the next day was 3.5 hours late so they let us leave our car in the parking garage (we had valet parking the previous day) all the next day at no additional cost. Cooked in the kitchenette but the dinner menu looked good. The washer/dryer did not work well so beware."

"One night stay. Very conveniently situated for the Bluebridge Ferry terminal. Having checked in and used the lift to our room we found we'd been allocated a room type that differed to the one we'd booked and paid forin advance. Reception was surprised that I wasn't happy with one double bed, even though I'd booked a room with two double beds. I had to insist on being moved."
