「We stayed for 9 days, and honestly, everything was wonderful. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the hotel was extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Toronto.」

「I have never experienced a hotel like this, i found finished beer can just right aside the couch, hairs on the bed,and the bed looks not being replaced before i slept on it. Used napkins on the floor under the bed. It was rediculous. 」

「Drucilla at the front desk made our late check in a dream. There were a lot of loud people in the lounge at 11pm and as two couples who had travelled all day, she ensured we had rooms in a very quiet section of the hotel. We loved the snacks too! The decor is dated but everything is spotless and comfortable! Drucilla was lovely!」
