「Nice overall experience 」

「Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed.
