"I reserved four rooms and our group was getting in very late - 1:30am - so I called early in the afternoon to let the hotel know. The lady I spoke with was so nice and said she would let the late night staff know. Sure enough, the gentleman at the desk was waiting for us when we arrived and was beyond helpful, friendly, and so sweet - especially since we had two elderly travelers and a pup. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only downside was breakfast was done and cleaned up by 9am - which most of our group missed due to travel time change and late arrival…. But that does not change the overall positive experience! "

"Three lamps in the room - none of them plugged in, one w/o a light bulb. Properly in need of a refurb."

"Electrical outlets did not work, were given three towels for 4 people and told they had no more, breakfast was minimal at best and after waiting on someone for 20 minutes at the front counter to check out we left. "

"Outside maintenance needs to be greatly improved. Room maintenance needs a little attention. My room appeared clean and welcoming. There was moisture damage in the shower. My coffee maker was missing the filter cup but a visit to the front desk rectified that quickly. The television was too small and you could not lay in bed and see it properly. I tried moving it closer to the bed but the cords were not long enough. I was also confused that they were calling the Econolodge a Mosque of Amina. Made it a little uncomfortable. I arrived early at 2:00. They said I had to wait until 3:00 to check in. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but surely they could have made one room available instead of making me wait another hour. "

"This property is under renovation which usually isn’t such a big deal but this was sloppy and dirty. Debris up and down the halls, stairwell full of trash, side door busted and permanently open (non-secure whatsoever). My room was equally as filthy and cannot imagine how someone passed that off as clean. Dirty tub, filthy floor, and uncountable stains on the walls. I stayed on top of the blanket and didn’t dare dig into the mattress situation. This cheap experience was not worth saving $10 this versus that. Next time go with that."

"We did not have a room when we arrived, despite reserving it 6 months prior. They said someone else was living in the room and they noticed it earlier that day but didn’t contact us. We served at 9 pm and then they told us they didn’t have 2 rooms for us since our original room slept 5. The manager then found 2 rooms but tried charging us for the second room until we literally said that was unacceptable then they finally did comp our second room. They kept saying they didn’t know how they got overbooked but they also said they were giving out rooms first come first serve so not sure why there was such a big mess. Seemed shady and poorly run. "

"The room cleanliness was not great. The room had a lot of dust in corner that’s were never swept . The breakfast wasn’t kept up and the gentleman working looked liked he didn’t want to be there"

"Elevator broken, tv didn’t work, fridge was loud and bathroom was so gross and not cleaned in a very long time. "
