「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「We had a girls day out at the newport aquarium and levee. The two bedroom suite was perfect and reasonable instead of booking separate rooms,, we lived the shower and the beds were so comfortable. The fridges are a bit small but we inly stored pop and water in them which was just enough room. The pillows were the best! The free parking at the hotel is a plus, thats hard to find anymore- and then we walked to the levee about a 15 minute walk on safe pathway. Being on the river was relaxing...

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The entire property was unique every room was composer themed. It was very well maintained for the age and style of the property. There was live music at the bar when we arrived back at the hotel from an evening out. And of course you have chandeliers in a nice parking garage like that」
