「The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. 「When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. 「Excellent hotel, close to the ballpark too. Staff was excellent; everyone was welcoming with smiles and good mornings. We were there to see the Reds/Braves, and loved our room with balcony. 「I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. 」

「The hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. 「Perfect lo cation for music festival at paycor. Walking distance amazing. We had a stand up shower and it didn’t look like it was washed out after the last people stayed. Minor but I shouldn’t have had to do it. Everything else amazing.」
