"I am very happy with the Cincinnati Hilton Netherlander! The staff was second to none, the facility was clean and my room was well maintained and without any issues. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and very close to their free streetcar system. I did pay a bit more than I would have liked (but perhaps that was due to being there for a holiday weekend), and a free breakfast would have been nice, but all in all I enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to my next trip to the Queen City."

"The room was clean, the women at the front desk are always helpful and kind. I've stayed here three times and would come back, and / or recommend it to others. I only gave it four stars because this time the door stuck, the toilet was difficult to flush and the toilet paper holder had been broken and was barely in the wall. I put some muscle into closing the door and flushing and put the tp roll on the counter so that was that. Oh, I did almost forget this time the fridge wasn't the best. Whatever setting it was on leaked onto my food. That was a definite bummer that hadn't happened before. There is an elevator. Tv works, there are decent plugs and light, the couch and desk were good for working. I used my own WiFi,so i can't comment on that, but T-Mobile has good service there. Breakfast smells good, but it too late for me to do anything but grab an apple on the way out, which I really appreciate!!"
