「I booked a king sized bed for 1 person because I like a bigger bed and it was the same price for 2 queen sized beds, the lady at the desk was really rude and kept asking if it was one person staying there (it was just me) 9am comes around, my check out is 10am, her and a man were pacing back and forth outside waiting for me to leave, when I went to take my stuff to my car they locked my key card when I still had a few things in my room, they were both nasty to me and tried getting me to pay more...

「Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature.
