「Reception a bit messy, billing fault, no one answering call... Overall,staff are nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast good variety, but bad quality, food mainly target local peoples.」

「Our villa has a large lawn right outside the door, and my puppy absolutely loves it. We also visited the mountain view villa area, the infinity pool there is perfect for taking photos. When I come with my family next time, we’ll definitely book the mountain view villa. They also have Chongqing hot pot here, which is super delicious. It’s really spicy, but so addictive, especially since it was cold in the mountain and even rained a bit in the afternoon. Hot pot was just perfect for the weather.」

「I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.」

「A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.」
