「被子及床單有點污漬，但是少睡起來至少不會讓皮膚敏感的我覺得癢或不舒服，早餐樣式不多，個人覺得普通。設施方面有烤箱、sap池、泳池及健身房，有幾個缺點，泳池不是特別乾淨，不知道是不是在頂樓的關係，sap池是冷的，或許是讓烤箱完去泡的冷池，這部分我不清楚，如果有冷熱池會更好 」

「部屋にバスタオルバスマットなどのタオル類が一切、用意されていませんでした。 部屋にある電話機は受付につながらないため、フロントがあるロビーまで行き、タオルの用意を依頼しました。 その後、バスタオルは1枚しか用意されませんでした。いつもはバスタオルは2枚用意されています。1枚しか支給されていないのに、チェックアウト後にホテルから、「バスタオルが1枚しかないが、持って帰ったのではないか｝というメッセージが届きました。 自分たちのサービスの落ち度があったのに、お客にそのような言葉を言うのは失礼でとても不愉快になりました。 またポットは壊れていて電源が入らない。その後交換してもらいましたが、その対応も30分以上待たされました。 バスルームは排水溝の匂いがして清潔ではありませんでした。 このホテルは多く利用していましたが、今回はとても残念なサービスでした」

「Waren mit insgesamt eine Woche im Hotel. Frühstückangebot wurde ausgebaut und war mehr wie ausreichend. Hatten ein Studio mit Balkon. Räume waren Gross und Konform. Kommen nächstes Mal wieder.」
