「Great hotel just needed a night as I was on business passing through. 」

「As common to most similar hotels, the breakfast was inedible. 」

「Water leak from the bathroom above my room, water leaked into my bathroom. Management gave me another room.」

「First time staying here, was only here for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was open, unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Lots and lots of places to sit outside of your room, choose comfortable cushion chairs or at tables to play games. Definitely will stay here again. 」

「1st floor and lobby smelled like Marijuana. Our room o the second floor including the hallway smelled like smoke. They graciously allowed us to switch rooms to the 3rd floor. Music was heard as soon as stepping off elevator. It penetrated our room. Past 10pm and tgen again at 7am. 」

「Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. 」

「Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again 」

「The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!」

「There was a few areas for food choices, i choose bdubs... I have no pets but there was a dog chilling with the owner in the lobby, seemed pet friendly.」
