"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."

"Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property."

"The cottage was very nice and clean and in a good location to explore Rye and the surrounding area. The cottage was small and could be improved with a couple of things. The kitchen table has a wobble, a tea towel and extra toilet roll would be nice. In the hot weather, we struggled to open a window, however a fan was provided which helped. The complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this accommodation."

"We had a wonderful time in Rye with this ideally located studio apartment. Superbly equipped with everything we needed to ensure a very pleasant stay. The steps to the apartment ( 2 staircases to negotiate plus the amazing staircase to the bedroom would challenge any one who struggles with stability). A quiet location disturbed only by birdsong. No complaints whatsoever about our stay."
