「Not sure what the negative reviews are about. We booked knowing it was in the city centre, so even if it had been noisy (which it wasn’t — even on a Saturday), we would’ve expected that. The location is ideal: central and convenient, exactly what we were after. The room was clean and just as shown in the photos — nothing more, nothing less. You know exactly what you're getting, and for us, it did the job perfectly.」

「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「The environment is comfortable and quiet, with clean and tidy bedding. The setting is pleasant, and cooking utensils are fully equipped. There are various types of shopping venues near the hotel. This is the second visit, and it’s just as good as the first time. Customer service is quick to respond, with excellent efficiency.」

「This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If we are ever in the area we will be back!」

「Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York 」
