「Clean and friendly」

「Wonderful stay! Beautiful sunset and friendly staffs. The room is spacious and quiet. Well equipped facilities.」

「toilet never stopped running there's no coffee machine TVs suck outdated it was so terrible I left early only to not be refunded my money I was told no refund after I spent over $1,000 pre-booking my room the closer to my job in which they were very aware of this overpriced under managed modern day slumlord not to mention the bugs and little pieces of chore boy glimmering throughout the carpet of the whole building damn near if I was A millionaire I wouldn't pay for my animals to live there...

「Staff was amazing our entire stay, as well as by accommodating switching our ADA accessible room from a king to two queens when we decided to have our grandkids stay over one night with us. There was one glass shelf in the kitchen area that I kept banging my forehead on due to the placement of the shelf above the counter area which resulted in bruising. I was glad to hear that the shelf would be removed in the upcoming 2027 renovations. There was no handheld in the accessible shower and the...

「Clean rooms」

「The property was a beautiful home overlooking the water with a sprawling lawn. The hostess Debbie greeted us at the door and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a very cozy, clean and comfy room with a view of the water. It was so peaceful. Just what we needed! It was our anniversary so off we went to Bas Rouge for dinner in Easton❤️ We returned to such a comfortable bed for an awesome nights sleep! Our dog, Sophie, was very comfy too and slept in her dog bed by the window. In the morning, Debbie...

「Quiet and close to downtown. Got conflicting info on where breakfast was and breakfast quality was fair at best (eggs very salty and almost all gone by 8am). Stains on stairwell ceiling in back building looked like mold, otherwise just not clean.」

「Patching and painting was rather amateurish. Otherwise very friendly staff!」

「Absolutely perfect little 3 day get away. The entire atmosphere was excellent, great complementary breakfast from menu, beautiful modern rooms, perfectly manicured landscaping with lots of seating for relaxing by the water. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. We made an excellent choice and would definitely go back. 10+ out of 10.」

「The stay was ok until I tried to leave. At checkout time I was told that I still owed $8.20 for parking. I almost lost it. As a Hilton honors I never payed for parking anywhere I have stayed. I would really like someone to explain why this happened at a Hilton Hotel.」

「The bed was very uncomfortable and hurt my back so much that I left after two nights and did not stay for a third night as planned. Walls were so thin that I was woken up by the very intimate moaning of the couple next door. That was unpleasant to say the least.」

「Kind and respectful staff! Close to nice restaurants and stores. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean.」

「Breakfast was plentiful and mostly good. Staff was quite accommodating and friendly.」
