「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「It is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful as I asked for a help and send me to the station. They can arrange with a good service. Staff is very friendly. 「Super accueil, la chambre etait très belle et propre. Le petit dej. était excellent et le personnel de bon conseil pour visiter les environs. Bon point de depart pour la visite de Parme, des collines environantes et des beaux châteaux. Bonne cuisine et français parlé parfaitement. 」
