「Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes.」

「Le procedure di checkin non sono molto chiare. Viene indicato come dopo il web checkin si dovrebbe ricevere una mail con il codice per accedere alla struttura quando questo codice non é mai arrivato (sulla piattaforma del webcheckin parla di codice camera non codice per ingresso struttura e questo potrebbe essere fuorviante). La pulsantiera per aprire la porta dell’hotel poi non é delle più intuitive.

「Overall, this hotel is quite good. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is also nice.
We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat.

「Excellent location for old town and Universtate metro station. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very nice spacious bathroom.Bed was comfortable. No noise issues. Breakfast was very nice with wide choice of savoury and sweet buffet items, all good quality. The old Romanian Orthodox church next door has amazing murals. Recommended.」
