The room was very comfortable except for the fact there were two twin beds put together instead of a king. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant very good, especially the breakfast buffet!

Conveniently located near the airport, this property is good for arriving or leaving visitors. They did have a fitness area which we did not use, but they also had a pool table, and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the company of fellow travellers. The breakfast was plentiful and varied in its offerings. We took a shuttle at 3:45 a.m. and this service is provided around the clock.

Outstanding hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly helpfull, managing an early check-in and making sure that I had a wake-up call and a packed breakfast ready for my very early departure. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

We used this hotel because we had an early morning flight. It was fine. One issue- the WiFi speed was less than 2 mbps. I would hesitate to stay here if I was a business traveler who needs anything more than minimal bandwidth.

Very nice staff. Room was clean but carpet could use a refresh. There is a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. You need to use the Starbucks machine downstairs if you want coffee. I felt the room was overpriced, but I’m seeing that virtually all of Romania is overpriced.

Staff were friendly and accomodating upon arrival. Greatly appreciate they were able to change the room to a twin bed last-minute. Breakfast was great, good selection. We forgot a couple essential items and they were able to provide it. Room was clean and we were able to request extra towels and tea when needed. Location is also a bonus! Very close to Therme and the airport. There was also a little convenience strore nearby and a traditional Romanian restaurant if you want to try some authentic Romanian food. Overall a pleasant stay, will come again.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk to and from the airport. The staff, especially Cristian, were very kind, professional and welcoming. We were grateful to be upgraded to an executive room which we loved for its spacious area, cleanliness and decor. The reception and restaurant were cozy and the breakfast with plenty of food and drink options which tasted fresh. We were extremely happy with our choice and found it convenient to get to the city centre from here including public transport.
