「It was a double excellent experience」

「Do not stay here during the summer unless they fix the air conditioning AC, or give clients access to fans. I was there in May and with a bit of a heat wave, not much, the AC could not keep the room a tolerable temperature. When I went to reception, on May 15th, the female staff member would not try to help me at all. She even came up with an excuse that the reason for the heat was there were too many people in the hotel. Laughable reason. Tried to joke it off and she just shut down. ...

「You receive a WhatsApp with all your info on, the hotel was not manned but we got there late, but we already had our code to get in to our room, there was bottled water for you and a coffee machine in lobby, only thing I would have liked was 2 pillows but that’s not a complaint that’s just me」
