「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. I was here for my birthday and the hotel even brought me a bottle of champagne to my room on the house which was very unexpected and so nice. 「Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man läuft ca. 5min zur Metrostation Tipp: wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, sollte man die Zwischentür zur Rezeption zuziehen.」

「This is good 3 starts hotel. Clean and comfortable, with good quality towels, complimentary toiletries, bath robes, room sleepers and kettle for hot drinks. There is also a mini bar. The location is central and there are good links to 24h public transport to the rest of the city and the airport. While I usually use a different hotel for my short stays, I will hesitate to rerun to this place.」
