Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.」

「The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality.
