Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here so much I will be staying here in the future when I visit my son's family that lives in the area. Did not use the pool but will in the future. Breakfast options were yummy. Room was comfortable and well stocked with necessary supplies. Staff was pleasant and helpful. All around great experience.

We stayed 3 nights with no one coming in to check on tissue, toilet paper, towels, coffee, etc. The toilet backed up and I was told they couldn't do anything about it until housekeeping came on (2 hours). They gave me a plunger & I took care of it (fyi cheap, worn out plunger)Staff were rude and rarely available at desk. Breakfast was ok, though not restocked. Walls were pretty thin, noisy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

absolutely incredible value! it's like the hidden gem in that area! the staff was friendly and helpful the property and my room was clean. very nice pool and also a hot tub. will definitely stay here again when i am in that area

Nothing worked in the room from lamps to coffee pot. Also the vending machine also didnt work, took money, no refunds given. Also charged twice for room. Still waiting for refund after 9 days.

Making reservations was not easy. Then when we finally did we get to hotel and the front desk guy says we booked a handicap room and because we were not handicap there was going to be a extra charge. No where on web site did it state handicap room.

My room was very clean, nice and spacious. BUT, when I went to sleep, I set a glass of water on the nightstand, so I could have a drink of it when I woke up in the middle of the night, which I did a few times in the dark. When I woke up in the morning and turned the light on, there were ants all over the cup of water, in the water, on the inside and outside of the glass and on the night stand! GROSS!!! They need to have an exterminator visit regularly to treat the building for ants. I was told the ground in that area is mainly sand, so the ants are going to be an issue. But they need to stay on top of that. I probably drank ants in the night and didn't know it. YUCK!

We were there 3 nights and had no housekeeping. There also was a weird policy that we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk and then we could get clean ones.

Bedding and linens were not the cleanest, both bed sheets were inside out, there was someone else's hair leftover on one bed and lint/ unknown dark specs on the other and one of the towels. The buttons on the comforter were also annoying. Undusted surfaces in the room too.Thin walls, could hear when the neighboring rooms were talking or running water, and kids stomping down the hallway. We also weren't able to use the hot tub because by the time there was finally no children they closed the pool.

Great pool and hot tub. Rooms were average with small TV and okay shower. Staff struggled to resupply and I was charged an additional amount of money for having more guests stay in my room without being properly informed.

I booked a room through Expedia for $78; approx $98 with taxes and fees. When I checked in they explained I couldn’t have the room I booked, changed my room and then charged me an additional $35 for the “upgrade”. Absolutely terrible.

While checking in I was asked if I had requested a handicap accessible room because that was what was booked. I said no that it was not necessary so they changed me to another room but failed to tell me it was at a higher cost. I did not find that out I saw where my credit card was charged an additional $45. Another couple that we know also checked in and they said that the exact same thing happened to them. This sounds like a scheme to get more $ from unsuspecting guests, beware!

I booked a queen room as I am only 1 person but because the room is accessible I was not allowed to keep it and was told that this almost empty hotel only had king rooms with 2 beds. I was told when I checked in and out that this confusion happens to people all the time when they book. It almost seems like it is being done on purpose to garner a higher price.

Good place to stay for the money.
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Juice was watery, and coffee was weak. Otherwise a decent hotel for the money.

Very Disappointing
It was a huge disappointment. The girl that checked me in was very disrespectful and rude. I was told that the room I booked online was for handicapped people only and that I had to book another room and pay more. I tried to explain that I had looked at the price and not that it said accessible. I explained as it was lower I chose the room. I was told it was illegal for me to rent that’ room. The way this was handled ruined my stay altogether. When I was that age we didn’t even consider speaking to our elders in such a fashion. I felt bad about all of it and probably won’t return.
