「Very corporate. Premier Inn and Travelodge do it better. We did complain about the quilt and it was replaced. Expect better quality bedding - lumpy pillows and duvets should not be allowed. Poor taste in bedroom art - who wants to wake up to bugs?」

On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! 「The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. 「Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB.
