「The lady on reception who seemed to always be there (!) was so friendly and welcoming, The room smelt so clean when you opened the door, it was large and really comfortable. The room had everything you needed included a complimentary mini bar with water and some beers. The ensuite had an excellent shower and big towels. When checking out we asked if there was another Dakota hotel at our next stop but unfortunately not!! Highly recommend and will go back.」

「飯店位於火車站不遠的地方，挺好找的。面河岸景觀不錯。還贈送了迎賓的水和巧克力糖🍫（在英國如果不是五星飯店不是所有飯店都是這樣的，通常只有茶包、咖啡包、糖包）。同時能提供提前線上check-in & out節省時間。按照樓層圖示標註有某些樓面應該要提自動製冰機，但每層都去過後才發現自動製冰機沒有插電運作。最後還是回到飯店內的酒吧順利拿到裝著冰塊的冰桶。酒吧內的員工態度很好。以前總以為在飯店內用餐會比外面的餐飲貴很多，但在這間酒吧旁附設的餐廳其實不然。味道不錯挺好吃的，價格也相對合理。如果你已經在外玩得很累了，不想再出門的話會是一種好的推薦。」
