「Picked this hotel as a stop off for the ferry to jersey. Had everything we needed. Breakfast really good. Had to pay for parking which we didn’t really appreciate.」

「Simple but clean apartment 」

「No pool due to maintenance which was a real upset. Rooms were basic, clean and no issues for the price. We had ordered connecting rooms and had to ask for the door to be opened between them. Breakfast was good only negative was the coffee machine didn’t warm the milk. We tried 3 times and it was always the same. Good for one or two nights and free parking was a bonus.」

「A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. 」

「Needed a base for a couple of nights for a coastal visit. Very well decorated room in semidetached. Large bed. Good bathroom with shower & nice choice of soaps, etc. Coffee maker and kettle, lots of tv channels. Ten minutes walk up from Central station and regular buses at both ends of road.」

「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

「Boiler didn't work so no heating and nit hot water for showers. Rooms are damp and the kitchen is dirty. Keep your stuff in your room or lose it!」

「Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.」

「The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else.」
