「Property was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. 」

「All was cleaned and tide the only thing was someone dirt pots and pans in the sink need to be washed up and a pans on the cooker with food still stans in it been though onto the cooker The rest wash fantastic and clean Mr ks Allcorn Room 13 Thank you 」

「Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night .」

「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

「Excellent value for a budget hotel. Clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Checkin was over the phone and was super friendly and helpful」

「Cleanliness requires attention. Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . 」

「The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.」

「Didn’t stay had to find alternative accommodation. Place was filthy, unsafe was more like a hostel than guest house. Unable to contact the agents still 3 days later and no call back from them 」
