「We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto.」

The balcony door is very sound proof, we can barely hear the noise from the street at night. There is an elevator to bring your luggages up. Very friendly staff and good service. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected.
