Superb location at the gates to the old town. The staff went well beyond in every effort to help. From restaurant recommendations to organising taxis nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend staying here. You can walk the town to the gondola down to the beach clubs. Loved it.

Staff was amazing, extremely helpful and going out of their way to help and ensure you are having a great experience. Good size room, no room to store your toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was sectioned off by a wall which was within the bedroom area. Great location near all the shops and restaurants.

The staff was great, the hotel is nice. They have updated the place nicely. The issue is that the building causes the rooms to be small, and the bathroom is very small. Calling the place a "suite" creates false expectations. The only issue they could address is giving more privacy on the patio/deck. Currently, the only thing separating the patio/deck from the neighbors is a very small/short potted plant.

We loved our stay at Hotel Medousa. The staff was very welcoming and happy we were there. It’s a smaller staff and it was great to get to know each other! The room was perfect and the location was easily walkable to everything in town. We ate at the restaurant and had drinks at the garden bar multiple times. The food and service was wonderful and we would absolutely go back.

We stayed at Medusa Suites during our time in Sicily and it truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in August) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent — quiet yet close to the main areas. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. You can tell it’s a well-cared-for place with attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I had a great night at the hotel and honestly could’ve stayed longer, I was just there for the night because I’m based somewhere else for the month of March. Host who greeted me was very kind and communicative. The room was extremely comfortable and cute, the little terrace is nice to have as well. The amenities in the room are good with a little fridge, a nice coffee maker, good products, and slippers. The location is also very convenient. I would 100% recommend this location if you’re considering booking at.

Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up.
