The only reason why this review is not 5 stars is because the bed was very hard. There was no elevator on my side of the building but the staff carried our bags up and down the stairs. "Fantastic hotel. Beautiful lobby, great breakfast bar. The location is very walkable to tram or bus. Only a 5-10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Rome. Would stay again!"

"Agree with the reviews that say this seems like a 5 star hotel. Junior suite with balcony was great and the staff was very helpful arranging a car to the airport when our flight was moved. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and 30 minute walk to Vatican, lots of restaurant options near by. "
