「Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!」

「Great location」

「The property was absolutely fine as a base. Easily walkable to the shops and the seafront. The parking is not great around the area. There is pay and display parking nearby but on-street parking was limited. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent and was helpful. The only negative I have is that the resident upstairs, above the property, was quite noisy when moving around in the night time.」

「This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. 「Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. 「Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again 」

「This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. 」

「All very good. However too many disabled parking spaces meaning too few for others」
