Great accommodation with everything I needed. Clean and comfortable. Really close to the beach - a minute’s walk - but tucked away a bit behind shops. Would recommend.

Nice studio in the Center of the Bexhill

Nice studio for the weekend in the Center of the town parking limited on Sackville street but was all ok in the evening Nice clean space and all that one needed comfortable bed

Bring a torch!

Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day with a coffee. Reported this to Roberto who looked into it and sent me proof that it was running again later in the day. Returned to the studio at midnight and the power cut out whilst I was in the shower. Checked out as soon as I woke up and went in search of breakfast - highly recommend Front Room on Devonshire Road. Reported powercut to Roberto and it was implied I’d plugged too many things in - I’d been out from 8am til midnight and had only used kettle, tv and then shower on my return.

Noise from above us, people walking like being in a basement suit of a cheap run down building, could hear conversations and snoring from above. Woken up numerous times during the night. Poor wifi, shower would change temp with the most minor pressure change causing very minor scalding.

Property was so small could barely open up two suitcases in room. Perhaps better for just one person alone. When checking in, no signs of life at building. Had to ask neighbor for owners number. Continuously trying to reach out for door code from owner to no avail. Email on line said he would meet us there and we were on time. No parking available. Instructed by note in room to park at the park which was three blocks down the street. Did that and got a ticket anyway. Alley way walking up to room was very dark with creepy people hanging out smoking cigarettes. If I wasn't with my partner I would be very, very scared. Definitely not a good place if you're traveling alone and have a car.

Clean and convenient

Perfectly adequate and very conveniently located for the De la Warr pavilion although had I realised the concert I attended was only going to last an hour I might have driven home again as unfortunately I found the bed very uncomfortable

Great communication and welcome. Studio fully equipped with all you could need for a short stay. Quiet area. Roberto greeted us, showed us the facilities of the room and gave us suggestions for parking and places to eat. Really friendly service 😊

A tiny gem in Bexhill on Sea

As described, the accommodation was a Studio. It was very well equipped, and scrupulously clean and fresh. Being in a little Mews, it was also very quiet, whilst being only a few steps from the Town Centre and Art Gallery. The owner was prompt at both Check-in and Departure; and very friendly and helpful throughout
