"Our stay at Ruokan Hiyoshi was the highlight of our day trip to Chichibu. "An excellent, new hotel in a somewhat inconvenient location. 20mins walk to Seibu Chichibu Station and not much around the hotel. However it’s only about 10-15 mins to the shrine and old street. The hotel onsen was very good."

"Chichibu Saitama is an amazing oasis with easy access from Ikebukuo. With most izykaya's offering Ichiro's Malt Whisky just makes it even better. Many shrines are also in the area and all are easy to walk to. Nipponia is an INCREDIBLE place to stay with every aspect exceeding my expectations. Near to most everything you would want to do in Chichibu makes it even better."
