We have been staying that this hotel for years. It is so relaxing to stay the night before a flight from O’Hare. They have extended parking. The hotel is clean and the staff is good. There is a steak house right next door.

The surrounding area was nice, lots of food options lobby was clean the gentleman at the check in desk rude and very dismissive, during the check in process I was treated as if I was bothering him not welcoming at all. When I got to my room it was dried Feces on the side of the toilet seat, hair all on the floor and in the shower which lead me to have to deal with the annoyed Gentleman at the front desk again.
