The hotel was nice but there was a lot of noise. Kids screaming, dogs barking, kids running up and down the hallway. Knocking on my door. This continued on until 3a. Complained a few times over 2 days, but it continued on. Staff informed they couldn't move me due to no rooms available.

Place nice and clean, staff very friendly, but the only coffee machine at the hotel was broke, and no water to drink as courtesy, the blinds didn’t close properly so the sun was always on my face. And hair dryer as well.

There was a couple of issues, but management was very attentive and helpful in resolving them. Great customer service. Having a laundry room onsite was very convenient, although I think the washers could use frequent cleanings, as a couple of them smelled like mildew. Having a kitchen in the room is probably my favorite. It allows you to prepare meals as if you would in a home. There’s plenty of free parking.

The first room had an unpleasant odor, so I requested assistance from the reception staff. They eventually switched me to another room, which I appreciated, but it took a couple of hours to arrange the new room.

If restful sleep is overrated, this is the property for you. Forget white noise machines, management provides a live, nightly soundtrack of screaming, yelling neighbors that runs well past 3 a.m., no extra charge. As a bonus, the downstairs unit added surround-sound TV blasting, presumably to ensure no square inch of silence survived the night. The decor leans "true crime documentary": blood stains artfully splattered around the room, plus mysterious scratches across the floor that we chose not to investigate too closely. Honestly, we didn't book a stay, we survived one. Five stars for the adrenaline, zero for the sleep and the whole in the bathroom door.
