Lovely suite, very new and spotless. Furniture was very comfortable and we appreciated the kitchenette. There was lots of storage space for clothing. The only problem with the design is that the bathroom is enclosed with the clothes closet, so there’s no door on the bathroom and shower is cold.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club, I actually called beforehand and the reps were so friendly and really informative. If you're traveling from the train, it's only a 10 minute walk from the red line station and maybe 40 minutes from O'Hare but it's central to downtown Chicago, there are so many good restaurants and shopping and attractions all withing a 10-15 minute walk. As soon as my friends and I walked in we were greeted by the best citrusy scent that was both luxe and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and even though we a couple hours early we were able to go to our suite. We stayed on the 26th floor, I also booked a room with the DoubleTree within the same building and that was on the 20th floor. We were given cookies and we went to our suite and oh my it was beautiful, super spacious, a king size bed in a separate room and a massive shower. The living room was large and we had a little kitchenette plenty of room for three people. At night I called down for an extra blanket and they were so sweet to bring it up, really loved this room and thought it would be perfect for a family. The staff here are super friendly at the end of our stay we still had a couple hours to kill and we were able to keep our luggage with at the hotel while we explored. I want to come back to Chicago again and would definitely want to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club again!

Lovely hotel and location

This is a lovely hotel in a really convenient location in the city centre. It is well presented and very clean and tidy. The room was exceptionally nice with a great size bed for when you returned at the end of the day. Lots of space, seating and a nice bathroom. My only comment is that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.
