Clean rooms, great staff (really helpful and friendly), great facilities. Perfect for business travel, but amenities make it good for families traveling as well.
Veronica at the desk was very nice and helpful. Grounds very clean. Hotel very very clean. Rooms very clean and smelled clean. Nice showers. Only thing I could suggest is getting better pillows. Or bring your own. Other than that I recommend it.

Lovely! I was greeted with a water bottle and chips. Staff was wonderful. The restaurant was nice and worth it.
The room was spotless and the people at the front desk remembered me from my recent visit. This is a really well run, very nice, very comfortable hotel that is probably the only consistently reasonably priced hotel for 50 miles in any direction.
From start to finish a great stay! Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Everyone was very friendly. Favorite place to stay when I come in to town to see grandkids.
The property and rooms are very nice and well kept. The price was very good, especially in the Chicagoland area. What stood out the most, time and time again was the employees. Every single worker there greeted us with a great attitude and a smile; every single worker we encountered (a total of 7) went above and beyond normal expectations. It really was noticable and very impressive!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Just one night it was quiet clean and I liked the fan sound and how it worked I blasted the heat and it was loud so if there was any noise wouldn’t hear jt
Nardia was super sweet and made my stay extra special by being so friendly and kind. She is such a gem to this establishment and they should be happy to have a staff member that greets their guests with great hospitality. Thanks!
After accessing the room, the electrical outlet on the bedside lamp (away from the window) would not hold a cell phone charger. It would simply fall out. I went to the front desk to report the issue. There was a “maintenance person there who said he would fix it the next morning. He even commented that he wouldn’t forget about the issue. Needless to say, the outlet was not repaired during our 3 night stay.
On the other hand, all of the front desk staff and the bar/restaurant staff were friendly, courteous and generally great.
The hotel seems dingy and in need of an overhaul. I have stayed at this property quite a few times but doubt that I will stay at this hotel in the future. D P Gatlin
I liked the parking, the pool and hot tub and the lobby was inviting. I didn’t like that the room had no microwave, the sidewalk and parking lot needed to be salted, it was icy. They also put me on a floor with a group of people that rented out the whole floor. They were drunk and arguing the entire night and morning. But it was new years so I didn’t even complain. But the room was clean and the general manager was nice so that was a plus.
