「Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing 」

「The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy. 」

In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime.
