「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

Being able to watch the parades from the balcony and having complementary jambalaya for the guests that night was a great touch that my husband & I were not expecting! The room was nice & clean. 「Near Frenchman street and French quarter, clean and nice, w private entrance- a couple of random people came and knocked on the door in the evening but they were just some guy who obviously expected someone else to be there and a guy wanting to use the water hose for his dog but this did not bother me」

The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
