The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I appreciated that I was able to check in early. There was a really strange odor in my room, and my television was cutting in and out.

Rapid city baseball eats a lot.
I’m thrilled that the baseball team got enough to eat for breakfast. I, on the other hand, got an orange.

We stayed for three nights during the Cheyenne Frontier Days. This hotel was only 5 minutes from Frontier Park and 5-10 from the downtown area near the Capital building. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I went to the fitness room a couple times but did not get in the indoor pool. I would recommend this property.

Weird having to pay a $3 parking fee to park in the hotels parking lot that is for hotel guests and is a regular old lot.

Asked for towels and trash cleaning only and it didn’t happen. Charged for Wi-Fi and was never told. Breakfast had a nice variety.

Night staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel late in the evening and the check in process was very fast. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc

For what you pay for a night’s sleep these days it’s not unfair to expect excellence in all areas. The sheets and pillowcases were badly stained which is a red flag. Also in the breakfast area items were not monitored and a lot of things ran out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
