The hotel has been declining in recent years but the new management is working to make things better and they are doing a great job. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience and we will stay here again.

The staff was very attentive. I had two double bed rooms, Both were fairly clean but had a distinct smell that worsen after we turned on the air conditioning unit. I pull our the filters and they were very very dirty. I cleaned both of them with towels in the room, but one room my granddaughter was still coughing and complained of the smell, so I requested another room. I was given another ( Single king) room, when I went to inspect it, it was a person sitting on the sofa watching tv, I immediately ran out and went back to the front desk and was told the counter staff someone was in the room, he told me that room should have been available but it was not...I learned later it was a relative/ staff member of the owner. My family and I were exhausted, tired and ready to get some sleep . The bathroom area had loose hair in the tubs and the poop fans were covered in dirt. We went to a local Walmart to purchase cleaning items after we could not find another hotel in the area . We clean our rooms, went to sleep and left the following morning.

I'm not really sure how this motel gets a great rating. We were in rooom 111. One wall of the room is the lobby on the other side. They have a video game area set up on this wall. They also had a large group of construction workers that were out there until after 10:30 pm making lots of noise. Across from our room was the breakfast area. At 6 am that was noisy with said construction workers eating. So hardly any sleep time. Breakfast was not well stocked. The milk was empty, and very limited choices. Our room had visible dirt around the bed and walls. Behind the nightstand there was dirt and debris. Overall a very poor experience.
