「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「如不介意一定要住在旅遊區附近可以考慮。離地鐵要行10分鐘路程，要識路。房間大小適中，床很大，很整潔。早餐尚都算適中，有煎蛋，芝士火腿例牌都有。但重點是賣點游泳池關閉。出去旅遊景點坐地鐵要轉線。需半個小時以上，或坐巴士例如62號可以到水族館。壹元伍角歐元。如喜歡民居的體驗是不錯。」

「A deux pas de la "feria/fira" de Valencia. Donc à proximité de la ligne 4 de tramway en période de foire-expo. Le bus est aussi à proximité immédiate et les deux stations de métro à environ 10 minutes de marche. Le quartier est calme, typique d'un pueblo de banlieue de grande ville. L'hôtel est certes vieillissant voire vieillot, mais reste tout à fait correct. L'équipement est suffisant. L' équipe d'accueil est tranquille et serviable.
