We arrived earlier for our check in, staff was very friendly and tried to take us, but the room was not ready, they had a luggage storage, which was very convenient. The area seems safe, room was large, matressess were confortable, towels clean. Good wifi, light room, safe in closet and mini bar. Great spacious room with 4 beds for the family.. Extremely clean room with great facilities / in room equipment. Quiet location which is about 15 mins drive out of the centre / historical district of València, which wasn't an issue for us as we had a hire car for our trip. Would recommend the hotel.

We had breakfast every morning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and had many options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, chicken, veggies, fresh fruit and many other things. The roo. Was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Room and breakfast were great Location is a bit far from center of town but has an easy access to subway with 35 to 50 min to town depending on subway schedule There is restaurant in the opposite street which is a convenience but also gets noise at night somedays

Lots of things did not properly work. Air conditioning, safe, shower, refrigerator. The hallway carpets are very old and dirty. The rooms were mostly pretty clean, except all the dust and grime in the air vents.

The hotel facilities are poor, the rooms are kind of empty, lack decorations and bathroom smells of mold. The reception staff is friendly and the cleaning stuff do their job. Just outside the hotel is a bus station and also a bar that serves good food, but gets noisy at evening! Good location overall!
