Only suitable for a one-night stay before an early flight. Close to the airport, with easy check-in/check-out and a large TV. However, the room was noisy, the bed was small and uncomfortable, and only a sheet was provided instead of a blanket.

I’ll start with the reception staff, who were friendly and helpful. However, the overall condition of the hotel is not the best. The bedroom door could not be locked, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The bathroom door did not close properly either. In general, the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. On the positive side, there was a small refrigerator where we could keep drinks, and both the air conditioning and the TV worked well. Unfortunately, some of the guests were quite noisy, and the staff did not react or intervene. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Close to airport, helpful staff, inexpensive Cons: *The neighbourhood feels a little bit dodgy because of building demolition next door. But I felt safe enough walking to the metro at 3.00 a.m. *What appears to be a relatively recent renovation has been done with unsuitable materials and very poor workmanship. The state of the building is quite shocking. *The website says there’s a bar and room service, neither of which was true. There is a microwave in what might have been a restaurant area, a Lidl across the street, and a small fridge in the room. No plates or cutlery. There are places to eat in the neighbourhood but I didn’t check them out. *They said not to put toilet paper in the toilet, but didn’t say what to do with it. *The shower is hand-held. There is no bath. *The toilet seat in my room was too small for the toilet and was loose. *The pillows were lumpy and the bed made an alarming sound every time I sat on it. *The TV was enormous. I would not stay again.

The highlights were the location and the bath towel. Yes, just the bath towel. Even the hand towel was a mess. What a joke. Hotel Aviacon was dirty, unkept and rundown. The sheets were filthy. The room was filthy. It was extremely noisy. To say the beds are uncomfortable is a ridiculous understatement. They are thrown together with 2 inches of foam on top of a box spring which is supported by a rough lumber platform. Not even a real mattress ! And be prepared: the stated “5 minute walk” to the airport is more like 15 or 20. If you need to stay close to Valencia Airport there are much better options. Choose them.

This place was very dirty. Every surface of the hotel was dirty. (Floors, walls, elevators). The place was in disrepair as well. I will say the sheets were clean, TV was large, and walk to hotel were okay. There is no food/restaurants near by (after 2pm). Next time i’ll pay more and get an Uber.

The overall experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, the shower was dirty, and there were noticeable plumbing issues. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the receptionist was helpful and did her best to assist, which I appreciated.

La limpieza habitación bien , ventanas muy sucias y el ultimo día no pudimos ducharnos averia todo hotel y aparcamiento 8€ por noche no se puedo reservar hasta que llegas hotel ( no volveré alojarme este hotel tendrían que dar compensacion por esa averia cosa no hicieron en verdad no lo recomiendo y al entrar pasillo holia marihuana y si no se puede fumar no es aceptable(ubicación hay obras y menudo coñazo para entrar hotel muchas vueltas la verdad no es recomendable

Fue la opción más asequible en los alrededores. La habitación en sí estaba bien, limpia y amplia. El baño era nuevo pero, por razones desconocidas, la tapa del váter era mucho más pequeño que el váter. A pesar de que se prohibe fumar, los pasillos (al menos de la planta baja) olían a una mezcla de algo químico y humo. En cuanto al personal, ni fu ni fa, pero a las 7 de la mañana había alguien gritando por los pasillos como si fuese el mercado. No sé si eran los trabajadores o clientes pero nadie les llamó la atención ni les hizo bajar el volumen. Para rematar, entraron unos cuantos en la habitación de al lado un rato después de los gritos de unos que parecían volver de fiesta y estuvieron hablando a los gritos y con la música a tope. Llamamos a recepción para decirlo pero, a pesar de decir que 'ahora' mirarían, nunca pasó y estuvieron haciendo escándalo hasta casi las 9 de la mañana. Por último, en la web decía que había parking y al preguntar nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno... vamos, que la conclusión es que las habitaciones bien (o casi) pero el conjunto de todo, un horror.

My experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The property was in much worse condition than expected and did not meet basic standards. The shower barely produced hot water, making it very uncomfortable to use. There were also water leaks, and the bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. In addition, the refrigerator was not working properly, which made it difficult to store food and drinks. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained, with several issues that should have been fixed before guests arrived. These problems significantly affected the quality of our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation until these maintenance and infrastructure issues are properly addressed.

Ich hatte Kakerlaken und eine MAUS im Zimmer ! Die Badetücher waren alle ungewaschen, mit Flecken und schwarzen Haaren… und der Boden sehr schmutzig. Allgemein ist alles sehr unhygienisch! Nie wieder!

La habitación: era precaria en su limpieza, aunque era suelo y enchufes, se escuchaba todo lo de los pasillos y habitaciones de al lado ,nula insonorización, sin persianas así que aunque tienen cortinas gordas pasa mucha luz y te despiertas al amanecer El aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente. La televisión funcionaba a ratos y no todos los canales El WC la tapadera era más pequeña que el WC así que había que tener cuidado, mueble de baño manchado de pintura Tiene nevera pequeña así que está muy bien Colchón cómodo pero almohada no Ubicación perfecta a 200 metros del metro, bares y un lidl

Cet hôtel est pratique pour dépanner à la veille d’un vol par exemple (- de 10min a pied de l’aéroport) mais pas agréable pour passer un séjour sur place. La chambre était salle (surfaces poussiéreuses, poils autour du lavabo et de la douche, draps tachés…). Sinon, la climatisation dans la chambre fonctionne bien. Le personnel de la réception était agréable.
