「I checked in after the 3pm check in time but my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait a few minutes. My single room was small, a little cramped and basic, clean enough but tired looking. The bed was a little hard for me and there was only one pillow, which was quite flat.
A disappointment for me was that my room had no natural light, due to not being able to open curtains to the window, which overlooks a very busy road. The traffic noise was not quite as bad as I expected, but there was a...

「Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms!
The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice.
Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!」

The room was very comfortable a great shower and plenty of storage space.
