It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property.」

「Newly renovated very nice room in the coach house. Staff were outstanding throughout, very helpful friendly and polite. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, again with great staff members. Only reason it doesn't get 5* is the sauna was out of action in the spa and the pool is quite small」

No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.」
