「Great location, but overly hot with hard to control heating and a little tired and dated. Access to the large parking area is very tight. Not practical if you drive a 4x4」

「The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

「What a perfect place to stay. I was visiting my son in Bristol as he’s in uni and wanted a little place to stay just outside of the city and this was just perfect. Gorgeous surroundings and the room its self was so lovely and clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Loved the breakfast that was left and impressed they offered gluten free options ….i did take the pastries back for my husband to eat as didn’t want them to go to waste lol….i would definitely use this again...

「Room was pleasant but was not serviced on second day. Cooked breakfast was reasonable but there was no cereal to start with nor toast and jam to follow. One cup of cofee only which was served 30 minutes before the cooked meal arrived on the second day. Mains were good but starters and sweet menu was limited and fairly expensive. Overall we were not unhappy but would not have wanted to stay for a third night and would be question if we would use this chain again if this is typical of all their...

「The hotel had fantastic views & the hotel had some nice character features but in certain areas it did need some modernisation.」

「I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise.」
