「Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.」

「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」

「Das Hotel wurde in einem tollen Boho-Stil renoviert und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, es wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist grandios, das Meer ist so nah und auch die Dünenlandschaft mit dem roten Berg im Hintergrund versprüht eine magische Wirkung. 「Great location with good amenities and lovely views. Only issue we had is we were given two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.」

「To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....
