「Loved the opportunity to stay at such an iconic hotel in historic Chattanooga. Staying in the old box car was an awesome and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a light out in the bathroom and I needed to be able to do my makeup as I was getting ready for my wedding, but maintenance came by immediately to bring a new bulb. 「This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The Speakeasy had great atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The Exchange for breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was very comfortable and low key on a Saturday morning. Hands down my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in !」
