「This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. 「入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
