"We were so thankful to get to check- in early! Properly and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful! Also, it's in a great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend! "

"When we arrived in our room in the evening, after being out, we noticed that there were two towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, presumably from the previous occupants, which was unacceptable. Also, the outside balcony furniture was stored in the corner of the room. The resort is nowhere near full, so I would suggest designating a room in which to store these until they can be put outside. The TV had no sound and despite multiple efforts we were unable to get sound until we were about to leave the next day, which involved changing the set-up. Thankfully my husband is persistent. Finally, the breakfast included was lacking. I think if you're going to advertise it as breakfast included, make an effort to have variety. A bowl of apples, coffee spit out by a machine, a few croissants and cold cereal is really lame. That said, front desk person was very welcoming, but we wouldn't go back."

"This stay was extremely disappointing. Not only did we need to switch our original room due to the jacuzzi being filthy, the second room we were given was also disgusting, the tub was also rusted and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door, as well as the bathroom door being broken. It was completely disgusting and off putting. We needed to go out a buy cleaning supplies to ensure the tub was disinfected correctly. The cable tv was also awful it kept cutting out and not working. I was so annoyed and defeated that switching hotels wasn’t an option seeing how you already had our money. Your pictures posted do not show the true authenticity of your hotel at all. At best this is a MOTEL, for hourly clientele. I will certainly never be staying here again, and I will deter anyone who thinks about it to reconsider. I also have pictures to prove my experience, that I will be posting on Expedia"
