「Waren im fünften Stock. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auf den Gängen hat es - warum auch immer - nach Schwimmbad gerochen. Wir haben sowohl abends als auch morgens lauwarm geduscht. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir in der Nacht ausschalten da sie zu laut war. Das Buffet war für den Preis sehr reichhaltig aber nicht mehr alles frisch. Stand wahrscheinlich schonmal am Tag vorher. 「Beautiful area and country, can only imagine how much more incredible it would be during the snow seasons. The apartment was huge, cozy and had great amenities. Check in slightly confusing with how seperate the main reception is but easily solved. Would highly recommend this apartment and Andorra as a country. Thanks!」

「Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking.」

「Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français.」
