「Great multi lingual staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and especially the gardens, with the river and working restored water wheel.
A great location to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants.

「A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service.
Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh.
Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience.
We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!」

「L'hôtel aurait besoin d'être modernisé : décorations, sanitaires, litteries, portes et fenêtres un peu vétustes, sans que cela leur donne un charme. Les savons, shampoings et gels de douche pourraient être systematisés et plus généreux.」

「Personnel agréable.
Propreté de la chambre moyenne. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours. Odeurs nauséabondes persistantes et incommodantes surtout la nuit, dans la salle de bain.
Sommier grinçant +++ qui vous réveille à chaque mouvement.
Système de chauffage très bruyant (soufflerie) très génant pour dormir même réglé à 18°.
Petit dejeuner très bien le 1er matin (semaine), viennoiseries de boulangerie, puis des viennoiseries surgelées réchauffées les 2 autres matin suivants (week-end)....

「The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable.
Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good.
Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro.
Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.」
